It’s not a whole wash; the chase scene in Malta is enjoyment and there's a surface area-level satisfaction in viewing the original Jurassic trio of Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm jointly in exactly the same home once again, but overall, it’s just not a terrific movie.
